After the analysis of the current situation of production management informatization and the demand of the system, we design and develop a production management system based on C/S, faces to ShanDong ZhongRui Electrical Co., LTD, as a representative of the electrical equipment research and development production enterprise. The design of database is the basis and emphasis of the system. The frequent insertion and query operations bring serious challenges on the reliability and real time of the database so that the whole system may work badly. So we choose MySQL database. We design the database structure, so that the database can reach the demand of the system and high performance.This paper describes the software design in detail, including the build of the software and the design and implementation of various functional modules. We use Microsoft Visual C++to develop a good human-computer interface, including query module, the user management module, and the role modules. This system is suitable for the manufacturing process of ShanDong ZhongRui Electrical Co., LTD, as a representative of the electrical equipment research and development production enterpriseAt present, the system will be put into use. This system is used for production process for enterprise informatization, which has a very important practical significance to improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.
