Design And Realization Of Production Management System In Surveying Mapping Institute

As the basis of surveying and mapping operations, surveying and mapping production lays the foundation for the Surveying and Mapping Institute to conduct a series of follow-up activities. By using the computer and modern information technology, mapping production management activities can be more scientific,standardized and efficient.Through the research process of Surveying and Mapping Institute, we found that the mapping production management currently does not have a formed system.Although every business link in surveying and mapping production activities have their own corresponding process system and staff, but each link is scattered, the circulation of production information between various departments often encounters obstruction, so information can not reach the corresponding executive departments effectively, on the other hand, the data flow between departments of surveying and mapping institute is in the form of paper rather than data, resulting that the production management is extremely inefficient. According to the above situation,this paper designed the mapping production management system. First of all, the data of surveying and mapping production is digitized and entered into the database.The system is developed based on B/S(Browser/Server) network model using Eclipse and Oracle 11 g as the major development tools, Spring and JSP as the main development of technology, and Java as the development of language. The main modules of the system include project management, job management, quality management, cost management, data management, contract management, etc.Through the implementation of surveying and mapping production management system, making the mapping process more rational and standardized, while mapping production needs can be distributed and conducted in a timely manner, to shorten the mapping production time and reduce the cost of mapping production. At the same time, it also improves the informatization level of the surveying and mapping academy, establishes a complete data dictionary for personnel, data, tools and other information of the various management departments of the Surveying and Mapping Institute, and can be expanded vertically, thus laying a solid foundation for the surveying and mapping institute to access other information systems.Through the study of this paper, it realizes the informatization of surveying and mapping production management of surveying and mapping institute, simplifies the mapping production process and improves the comprehensive efficiency of surveying and mapping production management.
