With the wide application of remote control technology, remote control technology based on high performance hardware instrument has become a new joint of internet technology and virtual instrument technology, and it get more and more people’s concern and attention, and now it has already become a new research field of remote control technology.Based on virtual instrument technology, this paper carries on the thorough analysis and discussion on the architecture of remote control system, and designs a kind of remote control system based on C/S/B mode. A flexible and efficient visual myDAQ remote objects measurement and control system with integrating software and hardware is constructed by using the modular of high performance stable integration I/O hardware to implement the measurement and transmission of data signals and combined with the improved unfalsified control strategy. The contents are as follows:All kinds of data channels from data acquisition equipment myDAQ are expanded into six roads by using analog switching technology, and these channels are connected to the controlled objects,AVR reads the instructions from the PC and makes the switching response;The program is written and downloaded by using IAP technology through bootstrap in the BOOT area of MCU.and it realized the perfect combination of hardware resource extension and soft switch programming;The inverted pendulum is mainly studied,the mathematical model is established by applying the Lagrange equation.the equation is linearized and judged stability near the equilibrium position.and through the linear quadratic optimal control to achieve the balance of the inverted pendulum;This paper proposes a kind of suitable for the remote control system with an add item unfalsified control algorithm based on negative gradient method.and by using this control strategy to realize the swing-up control of the inverted pendulum,the algorithm can improve the response speed of the remote control system.and it’s suitable for the remote control of all kinds of objects, in addition.the system also completes the relevant control of DC motor and AC motor;The programs are written through the graphical programming language and parallel execute in the form of flowchart and have strong modularity;Through the control modules from LabVIEW development platform can make a visual pc interface;The HTML files of system are released to Internet through the WEB publishing technology to realize remote access and operate system. Via the system test,this system can well implement remote control the objects on the same platform,and it has the characteristics of steady operation and strong extensibility, it can build all kinds of fully customized measuring control system scheme according to different control objects,and by using the remote control technology to realized the remote control of objects,in addition the objects can be monitored via the camera at the same time.
