With the improvement of the social and economic level and the development of science and technology,the state's investment in scientific research has been continuously increased.By introducing more sophisticated and intelligent instruments and equipment,the laboratory platform construction of research institutes and other scientific research units has been greatly promoted.However,due to the lack of effective management and methods,there are many problems in laboratory instrument management in scientific research institutions,such as poor interoperability of instruments and equipment between departments,low utilization rate of equipment.And how to realize the effective control of the instrument under the environment of no artificial interference is also an urgent problem to be solved.In addition,a large amount of experimental data generated during the research process is an important basis for research on big data and cloud computing.How to make full use of data and avoid waste of data resources is also an aspect that needs improvement.In this paper,a remote control and management system for laboratory instruments based on Lab VIEW is designed and developed,taking the existing problems in instrument control and management in scientific research institutions as the breakthrough point.The system integrates laboratory instrument control and instrument management related technologies,and realizes remote control of various instruments and orderly management of instruments.By introducing functional modules such as data storage,data uploading and downloading,and experimental data management,the efficient utilization and integrated management of data are realized,and in the data uploading and downloading module,FFT spectrum thinning algorithm is embedded to accurately estimate the signal frequency,realize the fast positioning of the signal frequency,and help researchers obtain experimental data more accurately.At the same time,the wavelet threshold denoising algorithm with better noise reduction capability is integrated into the system,which enhances the system's ability in data processing and other aspects,and facilitates the direct use of experimental data.In general,the system designed and implemented in this paper provides a convenient and practical solution for improving the management and utilization efficiency of laboratory instruments in scientific research institutions,as well as achieving efficient storage and secondary utilization of experimental data.This paper first expounds the background of the topic selection,the development status of related fields at home and abroad,the prac.tical significance of the paper and the arrangement of each chapter.Secondly,it analyzes the key technologies and related principles involved in the paper,mainly includes instrument control related technology,the basic principle of wavelet threshold denoising algorithm and FFT spectrum thinning algorithm;subsequently,through the actual needs analysis of the laboratory instrument remote control management system,the overall architecture of the system is designed,and the specific functions of each module are determined.Then the key of the wavelet threshold denoising algorithm is introduced and the simulation and result analysis are carried out.According to the simulation results,the algorithm with the best noise reduction effect is integrated into the system.At the same time.the FFT spectrum local refinement algorithm is simulated and analyzed,and its ability to accurately estimate the signal frequency is verified.Next,introduces the design and implementation process of each part of the system,including the detailed design of the database,the design and implementation process of the administrator system and the common user system.And elaborated on the remote control oscilloscope,signal generator and high performance microwave spectrum analyzer.Finally,the test and functional verification results of the system are demonstrated,"which proves that the system designed in this paper can realize the remote control and management of various experimental instruments efficiently,and has powerful data management and processing functions,with high R&D and application value.
