At present,networked measurement and control is the development trend of modern measurement system. LabVIEW and its network communication functions were introduced here. And methods of building remote measurement and control system based on LabVIEW environment were designed in detail below. In the networked measurement and control, the key to solve the data collection, transmission and storage is the real-time transmission communications of collecting data and remote access to the database.This paper systematically and in-depthly studied of the fortune networked industrial measurement and control system, and around the subject completed the following work:First,the paper analyzed the status of domestic and international network measurement and control technology. Studied the Tcp/Udp-based networked virtual instrument technology.This paper constructed data acquisition and control system in the LabVIEW environment. And have researched the implementation of the client-side data collection, analysis, storage and other functions. LabVIEW software platform generally support the NI's own hardware, and NI's board is expensive, the ordinary user can not accept. In order to solve the conflicts of general acquisition card and LabVIEW driver interface, the paper have presented and analyzed the domestic acquisition card and LabVIEW interface drivers in several ways.This paper compared the several network communication methods of the LabVIEW and their appropriate applications. The C/S and B/S communication model were usually used in remote monitored control systems. And their realization based on LabVIEW development platform were all presented in this paper.Meanwhile this paper analyzed the connection methods of the LabVIEW and remote database. Used the DataSocket technology in LabVIEW to perform the data transmissionan and displaying function between the master computer and slave computer. Used toolkit and ADO technology to realize the access to the remote SQL Server in the master computer.To meet the requirements of the networking manufacture and traditional manufacture's information reformation, the remote control system framework for CNC Machine based on B/S Model has been put forward in the paper. And carried out researchs of displacement accuracy of positioning and temperature compensation technology. The system combined DSC (Datalogging and Superviosry Control) module and Bus technology, and then basically has achieved desired goals, including data collection, analysis, storage, and remote monitoring function, etc. Networked monitored control system based on LabVIEW have been proved to be a simple and flexible method through practice. Finally, worked on the design and develop menthod of this system and the results of the system testing are summarized.
