Design And Implementation Of Students Archives Management Information System For School Of Continuing Education

In this paper, combined with the actual situation of School of Distance and Continuing Education Dalian University of Technology, the design and implementation of a file management system of Dalian University of Technology college. In this paper, firstly the present stage domestic and foreign archives management and information management system are discussed, through the comparison and study, to find a suitable solution to Dalian University of Technology College of archives management. According to the actual work requirements, system selected for system development based on B/S architecture and.NET technology, and the system uses SQL Server database to carry on the management to the information.According to the actual situation of archives management, analyses the demands of School of Distance and Continuing Education Dalian University of Technology, the demand mainly include the system functional requirements, system requirements, as well as system security requirements. After demand analysis shows the complete, combined with UML modeling method, the whole system is divided into several modulesBased on the system function module division, the system detailed design. In the detailed design process, a detailed description of each module is, mainly around the specific function to design. After the design of the system function, then the database of the system is a complete design, the use of the database of the main table structure.Finally, the detailed design of the system and the concrete realization technology, the entire management system has been developed, in this paper presents the main functions of the system developed in the screenshot. By system testing, this paper presents the design and implementation of Dalian University of Technology archives management system can meet the basic education college, School of Distance and Continuing Education Dalian University of Technology archives management needs, improve the efficiency and accuracy of the archives management, the archives management costs significantly.
