Research On Configuration And The Use Of Digital Reasources Of University Library

With the development of the Internet and information age, information on the role of the social development is becoming more and more obvious, as of the important institutions to provide information service, library digital resources construction has become the one of the important work, Especially in colleges and universities, the library service objects are school faculties and students, in order to meet the users’needs, such as teaching, scientific reseach and learning, colleges and universities library should attach great importance to the construction of digital resources, to provide users with the better service. But from produce to popularize and use of digital resources, after all, it only took20years or so, is not perfect in many ways, in the process of digital resources construction of university library, some libraries do not understand the schools’ own situation, blindly buy digital resources, digital resources repetition rate is high, a lot of waste of resources, and users really need resources are not enough, greatly influence the scientific research and teaching work of users. Under this background, this paper analyzes the relationship between school features and digital resources, the problem existing in the utilization of digital rdsources in university library, and in view of the digital resources configuration and the use of the status quo and existing problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The first chapter is an overview, introduces the research significance, research at home and abroad, research contents and methods and innovation points.In the second chapter is an overview, the article discusses the definition, characteristics and classification of digital resources, digital resources not only have sharing of digital resources, overlapping coverage, limited by equipment(servers), safety, convenience, and timeliness information, diversity and so on, but also have academic, intellectual, professionalism, discipline and regularly updated personality. According to the different classification standards, can put the college library digital resources into different types, According to the content of forms, digital resources can be divided into electronic journals, electronic books, electronic journals, electronic newspapers, etc. According to the main sources are divided into:the introduction database, special database construction(including Chinese-foreign of library bibliographic database, etc.), the discipline navigation library, network digital resources of library collection.Paper in the third chapter is the school characteristic and digital resource configuration issues research, reveal the library digital resource configuration the status quo, principles and put forward the optimization strategy; analysis of problems existing in the digital resource procurement, procurement principles, purchasing process and purchasing evaluation system, etc.In the fourth chapter is the use od digital resources in university library, discusses the status quo of library digital resource utilization, and the reason of influencing the utilization ratio of digital resource, how to evaluate utilization, measures to improve the utilization ratio of digital resources and the utilization ratio of university library and the research of evaluation index, etc.Thesis chapter five is summary, the paper summarizes the research content and the future research direction.
