The worldwide development and fast popularization of the Internet has made the global information resources sharing come true day by day. It also has caused enormous impact on the traditional service and development of libraries. With the great change in the model of the libraries information resources construction, more and more digital resources become not only the important content that the library stores, but also the important content of the construction of the libraries information resources.This thesis takes "the distribution and use of the digital resources" as the research object, combines the theory with reality, and adopts the methods of document investigation, quantitative analyses and practice. It uses the materials from the Internet and relevant books to grasp the existing materials both at home and abroad and to find out about user operating position. It also makes use of the chance of contacting with the traders to find out the distribution of the data base and use situation. The third part introduces the distribution and use situation of Chinese digital resources. It introduces and compares the development of Chinese digital resources, the distribution and utilization of all sorts of digital resources in market. The fourth part makes a simple introduction to the foreign languages digital resources and main foreign data bases, analyzing the situation about the domestic libraries' introduction of foreign social science digital resources The last part puts forward the existing problems and solutions in Chinese digital construction, and propose that the library should according to the principle of "introduce for main fact, build by oneself for complement "make purchase plan and the development tactics of construction for its own special digital resources construction.The thesis divides into five parts altogether, including 30,764 words, 3 forms.
