With the global economic integration continues to strengthen, the increasingly prominent role of logistics as the third profit source of the modern enterprise. Modern logistics is the integration of all resources in the logistics system, to optimize the logistics process through the integration and optimization of resources, reduce unnecessary intermediate links, to minimize the total cost of logistics system. So, more and more enterprises to modern logistics integration into the evaluation of the core competitiveness of enterprises strategic height. Integrated logistics management concept is so important is because from a strategic height will run through the entire process of logistics activities for centralized management, to achieve the overall cost of the supply chain to minimize and maximize the benefits.Logistics node location, inventory control and transportation scheduling are three key dimensions of integrated optimization of logistics system. Although they existed between the two antinomy relationship, but many scholars use smart algorithm for solving found to meet the actual system optimization requirements of the equilibrium point to the part of the business requirements of modern logistics operation. If the latest scientific research on logistics system integration optimization can be applied to the actual logistics management, integrated optimization of logistics system to provide scientific decision support, you will have great practical significance.This paper first introduces the research background, the significance of the content of this study and the research status quo, pointed out the necessity of this study content.The second part is optimized MATLAB, integrated logistics, logistics system integration platform software module theory be introduced and analyzed, with more in-depth understanding of the software tools and theory. The third and the fourth part is the main part of this paper, first introduced the logistics system integration optimization platform software system design ideas, to lay the foundation for the concrete realization of the software. How to achieve through the code for the software specific analysis, data input, calculation process, the resulting output is run through software to achieve three key steps.The fifth part of this paper a concise summary of the content of this study, and pointed out the logistics system integration the optimization platform software deficiencies and future improvements.
