With China’s rapid economic development, logistics, which is known for "the thirdprofit source", is increasing be important in economic area. Logistics development hasdrawn increasing attention, and gradually become "the most important area ofcompetition." Increasingly competitive in the future market situation, the logisticsenterprise development process will play a pivotal role. At present, the rapiddevelopment of China’s logistics and distribution, but also noted that China’s logisticsand logistics industry remains poor equipment, low level of information technologyissues. Vehicle Routing Optimization is the key to optimizing a logistics anddistribution ring. In the logistics business, the distribution vehicle routing probleminvolves a wide range, many factors need to be considered for enterprises to increaseservice quality as well as reduce company’s costs and get more benefits.In this thesis, the use of genetic algorithm processing logistics and distributionsystem optimization scheduling problem launched a study based on the geneticalgorithm based on minimum total freight carried expanded. Calling MATLABengine using C language method call MATLAB powerful computing capabilities,reducing computer due to the time required for iteration. While the introduction of thecomputer instead of doing arithmetic, the business process has been redesigned to makethe system more suitable for the requirements of the information age. Practice showsthat the system can be better embedded into the actual logistics and scheduling systemin which, and the actual operation of enterprises play a certain role in optimization.In this thesis, theoretical analysis and empirical research methods, logistics anddistribution companies on optimal scheduling provides a feasible solution. Through thedelivery route constraint formulation process optimization using genetic algorithm, soas to achieve the purpose of reducing business operating costs. This is the computerinstead of doing complex calculations aspect is a meaningful attempt.
