With the high-speed development of economy, logistics enterprises are rising rapidly. For the logistics needs of various industries constantly direct for further and deep development, it promotes the logistics enterprise to keep the transition of information, integration and coordination. However, due to the differences of platforms, protocols and resources that used in the actual construction of systems and some comprehensive reasons such as no unified management mechanism and no synchronized system updates, modern logistics platform has not been fully playing its role. Consequently, the existing applications under the platform tend to operate independently, and it is difficult for these applications to achieve system interation, thus, it can’t provide supports for the collaborative management of each department.In response to the above problems, this research puts forward an integrated solution of the Integrated Logistics Services Platform (ILSP) based on Web Service that can provide effective supports for the integration under data level, business processes level and interactive platform level. The main aspects of work for this research are as follows: first, this paper introduces the research’s background and present situations of both China and foreign countries, points out the limitations of current studies and presents the significance of this research. Then, this paper studys the related theories and applied modes of SOA and Web Service, indicates the advantages of Web Service comparing to other integrated methods. According to the actual project research, after deeply understanding the business processes of the ILSP, this paper puts forwards a hierarchical structure of the ILSP using Web Service technology, and on the basis of which this paper comes up with an integrated framework of the ILSP. After that, this paper designs the integration of different levels in the framework. On the system level, this paper raises the system integrated framework and business process framework. On the data level, this paper presents the data integrated framework and the data synchronization mechanism. Combining the specific integration of solution, this paper at last establishes the integrated ILSP based on Web Service and introduces the concrete implementation of that in the actual project.Through the application of this integrated design, this architecture successfully integrates the existing heterogeneous datas, information systems and platforms, thereby solves the problems such as the disability to working uncooperatively and low information sharing in the ILSP. It truly makes the cross-regional and cross-sectional collaboration between the various departments of the enterprise come true. Moreover, it provides effective and reliable supports for the stable development and the growth of the company. It turns out that this integrated logistics service platform does achieve good applied effects in the actual operation, thus proves that the practicality and feasibility of the integrated architecture designed in this paper, meanwhile, it also illustrates the big theoretical value, guiding functions and practical significance of the subject.
