Currently, with the development of the domestic logistics industry, the corresponding logistics information systems have been developed rapidly. Mainly include warehouse management system (WMS), transportation management system (TMS), the cost of clearing management system (FMS), vehicle management system (VGS), order management system (OMS), etc. They cover transportation, warehousing, distribution, handling, packaging and re-processing and many other aspects.At present the development of each system is more perfect, they has also contributed to the building of logistics information. However, with the deepening of logistics development proceeds, new problems cropped up. The amount of information of every aspect of logistics is very large, at the same time also produced a huge data flow, and the enterprise is very difficult to make accurate, efficient and timely for these data collection. And the transmission of information between the various application systems is not timely. Merging and analysis of the overall business data is not convenient, business data is not uniform. The information system’s platform and data coding between the upstream and downstream suppliers and customers is inconsistent. Managers also tend to understand the information of the different departments, and access to different systems. And the data cannot be compared directly.Obviously, all the logistics application systems currently in use have been unable to fully meet the speed of their development and also can not completely meet the complex applications. In order to improve work efficiency, avoid excessive data redundancy, make data resource convenient accessible, and provide data support to administrators, so integrating the logistics information system (including WMS, TMS, FMS, VGS, OMS) is the main problem currently faced.This paper is based on the background of the actual project, the project name is "logistics platform based on database integration and analysis of operational data show platform (hereinafter referred to as:Portal platform)", this project’s Party A is the British Petroleum Company Chinese Logistics Department, Party B is the Shanghai HeSheng computer technology Co. Ltd. Therefore, the paper proposes the implementation scheme based on Portal integrated logistics information system, is mainly for customer’s initial demand for existing systems integration, and the scope of the study is mainly combined with the actual needs of enterprise to expand. The specific technology is selected based on the project developers’currently characteristics.According to customer’s demand this paper focuses on two modules, one is the data display and the other one is the single sign-on. With the deepening of the integration of logistics information systems, Portal technology will be combined with data integration and application integration, and will play a greater role in the enterprise logistics’information construction.
