The Design And Application Of Monitoring System For Wet Resin Ingredients Based On DCS

At present, instrument control mode and artificial packing are used in most ofwet resin ingredients production, whose products quality is not guaranteed and theproduction safety can not be guaranteed. In order to make the chemical productionsafer, reliable and efficiency, distributed control system which is at the core ofcomputer has been widely adopted. The wet resin ingredients system is researchedin this topic, using DCS to monitor on the batching process, which saves themanpower and improve the automation level of batch production.Bye the analysis the production and control requirement of the ingredientsproduct line, a DCS monitor system is chosen, in which Siemens S7-300PLC andWinCC is used as the core. This thesis focuses on the system hardware circuitdesign, PLC programming design and man-machine interface design. Hardwarecircuit design is composed of power distribution circuit, motor control, andelectromagnetic valve control. The purpose of this is to achieve theHand/Automatic work modes and the requirement of valve linkage automationcontrol. Siemens STEP7Programming software is used to PLC programming withthe Ladder Diagram method. Management platform of man-machine interface isbuilt on the configuration software WinCC. The data communication with PLC isbased on Industrial Ethernet. This thesis provides standard, abundant operationinterface for ingredients production process, takes the lead in realizing the materialoperation of ingredients production in the WinCC configuration interface.The ingredients DCS monitoring system is running stable, simple operation,high security, and fully meets the needs of users. The design of this system hasexpansibility and typicality, provides the application and development of DCS withthe theory and technology base in the concerned industries.
