JSN company’s products marketing management system is an important supportive infrastructure for implementing new marketing strategy and competitive policies. This thesis focuses on JSN company products marketing management system development, discusses the system’s function analysis, design and implementation from the view of software development.This system development is applied with modern software engineering methodologies and main-stream information techniques. On these this thesis gives brief introduction to marketing management and related information management, then, establishes demand analysis for this software system development. It first analyzes the system’s general function, then gives other main functions according to detailed marketing business and information analysis and statistics, which include:sale basic information management, product sale management, inventory management, price management, sell cost and inventory accounting management, etc. In design part, it systematically discusses the software design including outlined design and detail design. In outlined design, it discusses the system’s logic structure and unit constitution patters. In basic data management part, it discusses the system’s data organization and logic relations. In detailed design part, it mainly discusses the system’s main functions internal flow and related data objects. This system is developed by J2EE and Oracle, Web server uses Oracle’s inside Web server to coding.This system has been finished all bug detecting and corrected all the fault found in testing, it has full functions and runs stable now and reaches all design objectives.
