After the mid1980s, China’s telecommunications industry starts moving into the rapidgrowth, the original project management system can not meet the needs of the development ofthe market gradually. Recently,competition in telecommunication market is becoming more andmore fierce. The phenomenon has set higher request to the control of the project cost,progressand resources. The project management level in increasing overall work productivity can becomea new competitiveness in the future. To help the development of this competitiveness,this studyis conducted to analyze the project management system and the ways of operation in ChinaUnicom Jilin Co.Ltd.To help the development of this competitiveness,this study is conducted to analyze thecommunication project management system and the ways of operation in China Unicom JilinCo.Ltd.Firstly, the author sets for project management at home and abroad, and at the same time,analyzes the related theory of project management. And then, combined with the practicalsituation of GSM network capacity expansion project in China Unicom Jilin Co.Ltd,the studyuses project management method which base on the theory of life-cycle to analyze the currentsituation of GSM network capacity expansion project in China Unicom Jilin Co.Ltd and makesan objective assessment of it. At last, we make an objective assessment of it and put forwardsome views and opinions for the implementation of Jilin Unicom’ telecommunicationengineering construction project quality management. |
