| Project management theory is an emerging discipline which is quite mature and has been gradually applied in the field of Industrial construction. Along with the more and more refined management of communication engineering construction from the communication operators and stronger competition between communication operators, communication operators need to introduce project management technology into the project which is undertaken. In this case, communication operators can reasonably manage progress, control project cost, improve design quality and meet the demands of customers.To help the development of this competitiveness, this study is conducted to analyze the project management system and the ways of operation in China Unicom Jilin Co.Ltd.Firstly, the author sets for project management at home and abroad, and at the same time, analyzes the related theory of project management. And then, combined with the practical situation of IP backbone network capacity expansion project in China Unicom Jilin Co.Ltd,the study uses project management method which base on the theory of life-cycle to analyze the current situation of IP backbone network capacity expansion project in China Unicom Jilin Co.Ltd and makes an objective assessment of it. At last, we make an objective assessment of it and put forward some views and opinions for the implementation of Jilin Unicom’telecommunication engineering construction project quality management. |
