| Travel switch is a kind of low voltage electric appliance, widely used in electric control. It is an important way to reduce costs and improve product quality by making use of advanced control technology for assembly control. The paper is mainly about the design of the travel switch flexible assembly line PLC control system according to the analysis of domestic and foreign flexible assembly line control.At first, by analyzing the compositions and dimensions of the travel switch, automatic assembly process and requirements are given in the paper. And by planning the assembly line, designing the assembly control system structure, selecting the control scheme and controlling the hardware, PLC control system hardware network configuration and the main S7-300PLC design based on PROFIBUS will be done.Next, through the analysis of the assembly unit process, five designs about the assembly unit S7-200PLC control will be completed. Then the pneumatic control circuit, PLC control scheme, the hardware connection and software process will be introduced. At last, the key part of the PLC program will also be given.Finally, the WinCC configuration software will be used to write PC monitoring interface, configure WinCC variable, and design the main interface and every unit interface of the assembly line. Monitoring interface is intuitive and vivid; operator can easily get the working condition and find faults of the assembly line. |
