Fan is widely used in power plants, metallurgy, mining, subway and tunnel industry, especially in the coal industry, the ventilator is a high-power, vital equipment of long time continuous operation, with the development of science and technology, performance and operation of fan on the security and reliability have been greatly improved, but it also have some flaws, for example, occurrence surge easy. Especially, surge is great harm to the fans, it can stop the fan, interrupt production, cause economic losses; serious, equipment is scrapped or even caused casualties. In order to ensure the normal operation of fans, it must be equipped with control systems to prevent the occurrence of surge.The anti-surge method of centrifugal fan generally imitate the compressor, adopt minimum flow method, it does not fully make fan working in the best condition area, start anti-surge system early, is a waste of energy; and control system is commonly constituted by simulation instrument, the surge in the ventilator line change cannot be promptly corrected, the nonlinear line of surge can not obtain timely control. Recently, with the development of computer technology, control method has been further improved, but most of the anti-surge control method, simply describe the air pressure and speed as a linear relationship, furthermore, just adjust the air pressure to achieve the effect, thus make the dynamic performance of system become very poor, can not accurately determine the surge condition and can not movement, reducing the efficiency of fan, while increasing the loss of system.According to the above problems, this paper use the control system of centrifugal fan in the Process equipment and control laboratories of Petrochemical college as the research object, adopt the method of theory and practice, studied the control strategy to prevent surge control, and make the research of simulation and experimental. In the basis the measurement of import and pressure, flow rate, temperature, increased the measurement of vibration and noise, the use of configuration software, realized the interaction of human-computer, through the experiment, determine the surge line of fan. On this basis, put forward the control strategy of pressure and speed closed-loop control, use MATLAB Simulink software to simulation, and the theory to the fan of laboratory, experimental results show that the anti-surge has improved the surge quality, achieved the expected effect.
