At present, along with our real estate’s unprecedented development and the demand’s big promotion of resident to the housing standard, our country’s building ceramics industry had already obtained a fast development opportunity. It is well known, while obtains the opportunity, it will give inevitably also the building ceramics industry bring the stern challenge. Our ceramic industry how strictly guarantee product’s quality, is the present our country ceramics industry development’s new bottleneck. This set the stricter quality requirement to our country’s building ceramics industry, however our ceramic production process appears often various quality flaw, this has restricted the fast and healthy development of the building ceramics industry. Under this kind of present situation, the first half part of this paper was to the most important key equipment of ceramic industry——kiln’s fuel consumption assignment, the research of the kiln’s spatial heat transfer process, the simulation program has been designed for using in the different roller-kiln’s fuel consumption assignment as well as the spatial heat transfer situation. The middle part was to burn gas of kiln taking some factory to become the construction ceramic tile as an example, the forecast expert system of the rolle-kiln’s monitor has been researched, and to join the advanced algorithm namely from the self-learning algorithm in the operating mode forecast monitor in the expert system, the practical application has built certain foundation for it in the production.
