In the process of roller kiln production, material of sintering is the most critical processes in the calcining zone, it impact the quality of the product directly, so the flame temperature detection of the calcining zone also became the key and difficult point to roller kiln control.Combustion process is a complicated physical and chemistry process in the calcining zone, it has a large time lag, the dynamic response is poor, such as time-varying nonlinear system with strong coupling complex features. Nowadays most manufacturers adopted thermocouple temperature sensor information fusion method, but because of the erosion of thermocouple by the high temperature material in the process production thermocouple generally use time is shorter; Thermocouple is buried in the Yao Bi at the same time, the thickness of Yao Bi change is larger under the control of the high temperature material erosion, these factors lead to the thermocouple accuracy is low, test data can not truly reflect the calcining zone condition, causes the control effect is not ideal, affecting the quality of the product.Based on the above situation and thermocouple point detection system,this paper presents a simulated view of artificial fire flame image recognition to assist temperature test to improve test accuracy, it improve the control effect of the method. The flame image recognition temperature system include thermocouple, CCD, detection of multiple sensor information fusion module, the flame image processing module and fuzzy expert information fusion system.Key process data by extracting the system detection and identification of characteristics of flame image sequences and the fuzzy data fusion between the logical reasoning of expert system realization of calcining zone temperature detection. This method can obtain real-time calcining zone temperature of ceramic kiln, improving control effect, improve the quality of products.By constructing and implementing the above plan, the simulation experiment has carried out, the experimental results show that the presented method for the ceramic roller kiln firing zone temperature detection is effective and feasible. |
