This master thesis is based on the Ministry of Science and Technology supportproject “the pure-oxygen combustion technology and equipment of ceramickilns(2012BAA08B04)”, supported by “graduate innovation fund of WuhanUniversity of Technology(125211006)” and the technology accumulation of ourproject group in recent years. A hybrid combustion control system is proposed,combined with modern industry for ceramic roller kiln combustion system. The newcontrol system combines the advantages of continuous combustion and pulsecombustion mode, used bus type control system structure, convenient cutting,improves the application scope of this system and improves the combustionefficiency of ceramic kiln. What have done and achievements obtained are as follows:Firstly, combustion mode controls the object of ceramic roller kiln of the systemis studied. The structure characteristics of ceramic roller kiln and firing process wasanalyzed. Then, their use of control system to realize the continuous combustion andpulse combustion mode analysis, quantitative results obtained on the combustioncharacteristics and ceramic roller kiln environment variables. According to theburning characteristic curve and each combustion mode, proposed a hybridcombustion mode, combining the advantages of two kinds of combustion modecontrol block diagram is given, the mixed combustion.Secondly, the hardware design of the control system of hybrid combustion iscompleted. According to the control block diagram of ceramic roller kiln combustionmode, the overall design of the hardware was designed. According to the overalldesign scheme, the combustion control system include of atmosphere temperatureacquisition device, continuous combustion controller, pulse combustion controllerand main controller. This thesis extracts the common function part of a control circuitin the hardware design of the clock, the work principle and performance, can get thehardware design of analogy theory of other control loop of the same function moduleto complete a module in the design, thus can greatly simplify the design cycle. Thisthesis completed the selection of hardware, principle diagram and each control loop iscompleted. Thirdly, the software design of control system for hybrid combustion iscompleted. According to the design principle of the control requirements of ceramicroller kiln and the hardware, the software design of the whole system is divided intoseveral modules. The program flow chart are given according to different functions,modular design, according to the different controller requires only the bottompackage different drive. In the program design should not only consider the functionrealization, more focus is on the accuracy of data processing. In the software design,the controller provides the lower position machine procedure of Modbus-RTUcommunication protocol can be used in industry and Internet TCP/IP protocol.Completion of the entire control system, industrial-grade networking, centralizedmonitoring, decentralized control and distributed control integration.
