As the current demand for ceramic products is increasing, the roller kiln control system is widely used in its production. However, the relatively late, introduced the application of roller kiln, and its control level is not high, rough and simple algorithm, the control effect is not good, easy to generate oscillation and overshoot output large faults, etc. Therefore, study of roller kiln control system has important significance.Based on Inner Mongolia Hohhot sincere son insulator project, through the study of roller kiln control situation at home and abroad and the understanding of problems, with the PLC as the core device, LABVIEW as the upper machine, design a set of well control the production control system, solved the temperature, pressure, atmosphere in the ceramic production process the problem of the control effect is not good, improve the control precision. For roller kiln fan system and transmission system has made certain improvement. This thesis mainly to complete the work:(1) the design of the roller kiln based on profibus-dp bus fire control process as a whole. For the whole control process described, to control hardware devices in the process of the rough selection.(2) to design a set of temperature detection system based on color hair, break the traditional inherent temperature detection method, solves the thermocouple can only the shortcoming of single point measuring temperature. Using LABVIEW software to realize the real-time display of temperature, and the temperature of the traditional detection do contrast, conducive to the implementation of the better control.(3) the distribution of roller kiln burner and the control of burner design, and according to the process of ceramic roller kiln firing, using PLC and frequency converter to the speed of the motor drive system with control pressure, temperature and atmosphere of the fan to realize automatic control and dynamic control. (4) in industrial production is now concentrated temperature control method has carried on the comparison, select the internal model PID control algorithm. The internal model (IMC) algorithm is applied to the conventional PID control technology, designed the PID controller based on internal model algorithm, realize the control of temperature of furnaces.(5) using the LABVIEW software as host unit configuration software, set up a good man-machine interface, realize the real-time monitoring of parameters on the spot, make the operator more clear understanding to the situation at the scene.Commissioning results show that the control program can run stably, and can according to the furnace temperature and temperature difference changes in real time by using internal model PID algorithm to control the temperature.
