Accompanied by folk1990s "National Hot" wave, Chinese culture is burgeoning in education field. Recently, with people’s understanding of and reflection on society deepening, as well as the key note of promoting traditional culture carried forward by Chinese government, the elite group enthusiastic about Chinese folk culture are increasingly aware of the significance of spreading traditional culture across China, especially among young people. People with visions are beginning to learn or display great initiative in promoting traditional culture. Chinese culture has been missing for such a long time, and thus, people who are doing this work feel confused or lack theoretical and practical guidance in how to make traditional culture known and spread it to citizens.This paper, through survey, data analysis, and in-depth interviews, aims to have a deep research on different patterns of promoting traditional cultural and promotion agencies existing in Jinan. It mainly focuses on the approaches, patterns and effects of traditional culture spreading among the people. In addition, this paper would reveal the current situation of folk culture in Jinan and analyze the dilemma existing in Chinese culture spreading. In doing so, the paper is to provide theoretical and practical guidance for people who are willing to spread Chinese culture and parents who would like their children to be of great attainments in traditional Chinese culture.The body of this paper will examine macro and micro aspects of traditional Chinese culture, among which macro research would begin from the context, current situation and impact of traditional Chinese culture, while micro one from the path, patterns and effects. It would dig out the true existing forms of traditional Chinese culture through the interpretation of the main body, contents and effects of folk culture spreading. Finally, the paper, by interviewing experts, gives an effective solution and prescriptions to the problems in the further development of folk traditional sinology. Therefore, folk traditional sinology would be really promoted in Jinan.
