A Research On The Relevant Policies Of The Folk Reading Organization

Along with our country's attention to the national reading, the work of universal reading promotion develops rapidly in all sectors of society and universal reading under the national policy to promote and the leadership and support of the local government, has reached its initial popularity. In 2014, China wrote "advocating the national reading" in the <government work report >, which indicates that the state has begun to the work of legislation about reading. The idea of building a scholarly society is universally accepted by the mass. Organizations of reading organized by the public rise in all parts of the country which gradually formed folk reading organizations with distinctive features.This paper makes research from the two perspectives of the theme of the main body of the policy and policy research based on the development policy about Civil Reading Organization with the text from 2006-2015 about development policy about Civil Reading Organization as research object. First of all, this paper will use the method of social network analysis to study the relationship between the main body of the Civil Reading Organization development policy. Secondly, the author uses CO word analysis method to study the policy areas of the development policy of the Civil Reading Organization. This paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the behavior subject of the development policy of our country's folk reading organization and the divide of policy area.Through this research, the author draws the following conclusions. First, from the main body of policy formulation, the policy formulation of the main body is a single department. From the point of view of the participation of the policy, the number of participating subjects has been increasing, showing a gradually increasing trend. Secondly, from point of view of policy, development policy of China's non-governmental reading organizations can be divided into eight areas. The policy involves a wide range of topics, but there is a problem of uneven distribution; Finally, according to the results of the above analysis, combined with the bottleneck of the development of China's non-governmental organizations, the author tries to put forward suggestions: improving the relevant policies to promote the healthy development of China's non-governmental reading organization.
