With the coming of mobile broadband Internet, competition between operators is getting intense increasingly. How to improve customer loyalty and take advantage in the competition is one of the important problems currently faced by the operators. QoE system can guide the network optimization and maintenance, improve network quality and customer perception quality and help operators occupy a dominant position in the market competition. However, current research on the system, especially in the QoE mapping methods is also very limited. Thus, proposing an excellent mapping algorithm to establish a comprehensive QoE index system is one of problems to be solved currently in the field QoE system.In this paper, we study the mapping methods based on QoE hierarchy structure TMF defined, apply it to LTE services and evaluate its performance. The main work can be listed as follows:Learn about QoE system and LTE technology, which are taken as basis of establishing QoE hierarchical structure, indicator definition methods and mapping algorithm; Propose an algorithm of improved Entropy-FAHP in view of current algorithm’s disadvantages and use the mapping algorithm to build up QoE system to make the analysis results more objective and accurate; Research LTE network and its services’features and classify into10kinds of LTE typical services. Then, take live video service as an analysis case to establish live video service QoE hierarchical structure; Conduct an application analysis case by combining expert evaluation method and improved EFAHP, analyze the process of establishing QoE system, and realize QoE network perception system on live video service.This paper proposes an improved EFAHP algorithm, and takes it build up a QoE system on live video service. The application shows that the result of the mapping method is closed to the result of the QoE experiment. To some extent, it can objectively and accurately reflect the user’s perception of quality. In a word, our work has certain innovation and practical significance.
