| At present, in oil industry the traditional rope-type displacement sensor is still used, the traditional way of data transmission and AC power supply required the installation the signal and power cable. It makes the installation be more complex and easily damaged.Based on the beam lift wells, the author developed a set of cordless displacement sensing technology, solar powered, wireless transmission technology for the whole diagram of a wireless system. It consists of intelligent data acquisition system, wireless communication module system and data processing software system.In the design of intelligent data acquisition system, after data analysis and field surveying, the type of sensors was chosen; low-power MCU core designed and developed for the indicator diagram of the data acquisition module, to achieve a light load and suspended stick displacement signal of high points precision acquisition; to the safe operation of energy and system, the system uses solar power, completed the solar panels, charge controller and the correct selection and solar battery charging system, part of the circuit design.In the wireless communication module design, through analysis of zigbee wireless communication technology, completed the correct selection of zigbee module, the circuit design and the establishment of wireless sensor networks.In the data processing center software system, the combination of the work of others to complete the monitoring center processing system software design, to the digital oil field wells on the lifting beam digital information requirements.In the system software, hardware design, taking into account the effect of noise, anti-interference measures taken. System has been installed in the field experiment, the collected data are accurate, stable and reliable system operation.Laboratory and field test wells show that the system with easy installation, low power consumption, water security, the use of solar power, wireless transmission, it will have wide application. |
