With the deepening development of theshengli oilfield oil production,it entered the high water cut development stage.Traditional oil condition management and measurement methods can not meet the crude oil requirements of the current stage of development of stable efficiency of shengli oilfield.Information automation technologyhas been gradually widely developed and applied in the field of gathering ground,well monitoring and other fields of measurement.As an important aspect of the oilfield information automation applications,pumping wells dynamometer diagnostic monitoring and metering technology has become one of the important research fields and domestic research institutes.For surveillance diagnostic measurement of pumping wells indicator diagram,this article combined with existing relevant research results at home and abroad.The calculation model,equipment standards stereotypes,data and standardize management are considered.The pumping wells indicator diagram monitoring diagnostic measurement system is created.Based mechanical analysis of sucker rod,the pumping wells pump indicator diagram iscalculated.According to the characteristics of the geometric figure on the indicatordiagram,the automatic analysis and diagnosis and calculation of measurement method of oil well conditionsproblem is established.In order to improve the accuracy of measurement,the model adequately consider different wells conditions.The proposed amendments to the method of measurement precision dynamometer is established.To achieve data sharing among different systems,the specification of monitor diagnostic data collection,transmission and storage is unified.The dynamometer monitoring,diagnosis and measurement function are integrated.With oilfield local area network,a unified diagnosis and measurement conditions well platform is established.Well's daily diagnosis and measurement work is achievedthrough this platform.Through comparative analysis with field application,on-site device configuration,data transmission and storage management,diagnosis and econometric models can be corrected and improved.By creating the indicatordiagrammonitoring diagnostic measurement system,the information management means of each node is refinedto the oil extraction plant.To strengthen oil production management and improve management efficiency,this system provide technology support.
