With the increasing depletion of oil, coal and other traditional energy resources, energy-saving and new energy vehicles began to enter the market, and gradually developed. In order to oversee the development and operation of new energy vehicles and ensure the stable and orderly development of this important emerging vehicle industry, the relevant departments of the government are actively promoting the construction of a set of electric vehicle operations supervision system. The system designed in this passage is one of the important systems.In this paper I base on the actual electric car operation statistics and use J2EE technology to design and realize the B/S system, an electric vehicle operation indicator statistical analysis system. In this paper, I make a comprehensive analysis about the user requirements to determine the functional requirements of the system and develop the requirements specification. Then I make an overall and detail design about the system and realize the system with programming. After that I make a comprehensive test for the system to ensure that the system functions correctly, in line with user needs.The electric car operational indicator statistical analysis system contains indicator data query, statistics, analysis, evaluation, assessment and other important functions. The system shows the regional comprehensive development of the electric car industry and provides a reliable basis for monitoring and decision-making of the relevant departments.
