Recently with the rapid development of automation technology, electronic information technology and computer technology, especially in promoting of things of internet construction, more attention has been paid on residential intelligent. This topic analyzes the working principle and energy consumption of smart house based on things of internet. Concluding that if residential intelligent embodied, remote control and energy saving of house applications must be solved. The energy consumption of air-condition is very huge, accounting for about a third of total household energy consumption. So, it is important to reduce air-condition’s energy consumption under the premise of guaranteed comfort.This paper analysis the reasons of high energy consumption of the traditional way of controlling domestic air-conditioning, and study a control method based on human comfort index Predicted Mean Vote (PMV). This topic also analysis six variable values which impact PMV value, get room temperature, humidity and indoor air flow rate on PMV value curve. As a conclusion energy-saving control algorithm is proposed. This paper designed a Fuzzy Controller using fuzzy control theory to control room temperature which is based on PMV value changes. By controlling the indoor temperature, humidity, wind speed and indoor air conditioning vents to make PMV value stable within the comfortable limits. Different control methods are used to save energy in summer and winter.Then this paper designed a wireless infrared repeater based on internet of things for building electrical equipments. This repeater adopts two ways to learn the infrared remote control commands. With these two methods, the repeater could control all infrared remote control air condition of different brands. This paper designed hardware and software of the repeater based on internet of things for building electrical equipments.This paper designed a wireless communication interface and data transmission protocol between infrared repeater and note of internet of things, and energy-saving control algorithm based on PMV is configured and applied on the note of internet of things. The experimental results show that it is a highly effective application of IR repeater based on internet of things. Users can send commands through computer and smart telephone to control the wireless infrared repeater based on internet of things for building electrical equipments. Also they could set up energy saving algorithm to control air condition. Then energy saving strategy can be sent to infrared repeater to control air condition.
