As an important part of intelligent building, air-conditioning systems account for a large proportion of the energy consumption of buildings. However, as the typical multiple-input multiple-output system, air-conditioning has the characteristics of nonlinear, time-varying and large delay, which cause the control complex. Now, the fundamental control mode commonly used is PID control, which is easy to implement but exists many drawbacks.In this paper, according to the characteristics of air-conditioning systems, the simulation model has been made by neural network using data mining. The fuzzy control has been used to correct PID parameters, and a variable domain Fuzzy-PID controller with self-learning function has been designed to inprove the control performance. In addition, the adaptive fuzzy-Smith controller has been given in the paper to reduce the time-delay of the air-conditioning. Finally, transform the research results into the control program, and apply to an actual project in order to verify the efficiency of energy-saving control optimization algorithm.
