With economic prosperity and industrial development, central air conditioning plays an important role in various fields. Conventional central air conditioning for industrial site management to decentralize control-oriented, it has been unable to adapt to people's living and office environmental comfort increasingly higher demands. There are some manufacturers to focus on their central air-conditioning control, however, generally use wired communication control wiring in this way requires high maintenance difficult. With the industry "4.0" and intelligent manufacturing of the proposed management executives hope to achieve synchronization in time and in space can be controlled separately from the corresponding central air conditioning units, and ultimately reduce network management costs and energy consumption of air conditioning, air conditioning systems intelligent control has become a trend. Vintage central air-conditioning is manually operated switch, its main energy-consuming equipment are all kinds of fans and pumps, regardless of the season and how user load changes, various types of motors are long-running state in the working frequency, multiple hosts can not automatically adjusted according to actual load start and stop, resulting in a serious waste of energy and noise pollution, the entire set of network management central air-conditioning system is necessary. Thus, based on research and development Global System for Mobile Communication(GSM) intelligent group of central air-conditioning energy-saving control systems is of great importance to reduce energy consumption, remote centralized monitoring, response to the call of the national energy saving.In this paper, a branch of People's Bank of China Vintage intelligent energy-saving central air-conditioning engineering cases, has designed a set of network management and integration of energy-saving central air-conditioning system control group, the frequency transformer technology embedded into the control system via a GSM wireless communication, managers can monitor the centralized central air conditioning running when the voltage, current and power parameters, while the collected data displayed in real time on the PC screen.According to central air conditioning intelligent group control system requirements, control system is designed the hardware solution, the system hardware is made mainly of the Centarl Processing Unit(CPU226), TC35 GSM 6AV6 648-0BC11-3AX0 module and touch screen, external expansion modules EM223, EM221 and EM231, AC contactor and C65 D circuit breakers, relays, inverter, DN100 flange valve electric switches and other electrical components, fully assembled to an electrical control cabinet.Control system software is designed to ladder as a programming language, the use of modular design, GSM uses the C programming language, used in conjunction with Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) programming. Includes the main program block diagram of the initialization subroutine, master communication diagram, cooling pump Uses a subroutine, freezing pumps Uses a subroutine, the subroutine cooling fan, intelligent electric valve subroutine, time subroutine set time write subroutines, alarm time subroutines.In this paper, Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID) inverter control, energy-saving effect GSM transmission and networking systems after transformation has been described in detail.Using a temperature sensor acquisition pipeline in real-time temperature, PID regulator designed to automatically adjust the pump speed and one-touch buttons and a touch of good man-machine interface. After the transformation can not affect the original system on the basis of stable operation, to achieve an appropriate adjust the indoor temperature and resolve issues such as noise pollution, to build on the GSM network monitoring platform, cell phone or computer terminal bidirectional transmission control of the entire system and monitor system status, System with remote control function and good man-machine interface, temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ? error range. Indicates that the system is running can realize intelligent control and good energy efficiency, compared with the transformation, daily power saving rate of 37.01% before the transformation, the annual saving cost of 17,587.2 yuan.
