Office automation (Office Automation OA) is a comprehensive technical rapidlydeveloped in the mid-1970s in the developed countries, and its basic task is the use ofadvanced science and technology, so that people resolve on the part of the officebusiness processing with a variety of equipment to improve work efficiency, and tofacilitate the management and decision-making purposes.The field of0A instructions covered behavioral sciences, management sciences,social sciences, systems engineering and other discipline and OA reflects themulti-disciplinary cross each other, mutual penetration.Crystal stone office automation systems mainly focus on the data flow integrationof the company’s office systems, which is a web system built on Struts framework onthe basis of the company’s existing technology. The system contains the majority ofthe company’s day-to-day work content, such as reporting, approval, as well as thecorresponding series of content retrieval and statistical information release.With the enterprise information technology and the pace of structural reform, themanagement issues facing unprecedented challenges. In order to make the enterprisehas a lasting competitive advantage, more and more enterprises are unable tostart onmanagement. Crystal stone office automation software system designed tomeet the fast growing demand for enterprise management information, the mainpurpose is to standardize the Technology Management of the GroupCompany; Improve project management and service levels; reduce management costs,and improve the overall efficiency of Technology Management to e nhance the corecompetitiveness of enterprises.
