The statistics show the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have alreadyexceeded10million,has taken the whole country and registered99%that enterprises countedat quantity.Total industrial output value and profits tax account for60%and40%of the wholecountry respectively, for the town in about75%of the workers to provide employmentopportunities. Small and medium enterprise a new force suddenly rises, has become ourcountry national economy development of an indispensable backbone.This text combines small and medium-sized enterprises’ own characteristic according tothe thought of customer’s relation management,the outline of adopting the managementinformation system development approach to finish customer’s relation administrative systemof small and medium-sized enterprises is designed and design in detail,have written theapplication system which is satisfied with the demand of small and medium-sized enterpriseson the basis of the technology of the database,the system can to help small and mediumenterprises to change the strategy, to meet the demand of customer information system, tomaximize the interests of customers, at the same time by customer’s relationship managementsystem to recognize and identify potential clients, in obtaining the enterprise profit andcustomer win-win value based on the construction of enterprise customer relationship, makemarket value chain optimization, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Using thepowerful JSP as a development tool, using SQL Server2000as background database, designand complete a" small and medium-sized enterprise customer’s relationship management"development work.The paper has four parts:The first part is the introduction and related theory. Including customer’s relationmanagement problems and research, the research status at home and abroad, writing ideas andframework, customer’s relation management theory and the theory of managementinformation system.The second part is the system analysis. With large enterprises comparison, combinedwith the current small and medium-sized enterprise own characteristic and the demand ofcustomer’s relation management, elaborated the importance of small and medium enterprises, on the customer’s r relationship management system feasibility analysis and verification.The third part is the system design. According to the small and medium-sized enterprisecustomer’s relationship management system analysis, the system structure and functionmodule design.The fourth part is the operation and maintenance of the system. According to the smalland medium-sized enterprise to the customer’s relation management system needs to completethe function of the system design, includes the runtime user interface design, operation andmanagement of the personnel and the maintenance of the system.
