Planning And Construction Of Local Transmission Network Of Wuhan Unicom

Along with the development of3G network service, the increasing number of subscribers, the growingnetwork service demand and the intensification of the competition of three main domestic telecom operators,China Unicom improves the wireless interface rate by using HSPA/+, DC and other techniques, which putsforward higher demand for local transmission network. Meanwhile, with the growth of multiple businessesincluding Internet and key account business after the convergency of China Unicom, local transmission networkneeds to be planned scientifically and built systematically.Based on the constructed local transmission network after the convergency, this thesis fulfills the requirementof the transmission system of core layer in transmission network for construction of WCDMA, GSM, indoorcoverage, core network IP metropolitan by Hubei Unicom in2013. This thesis also builds a local transmissionnetwork structure which is clear and is adapted to future development. It is fundamental to the convergency oflocal transmission network and the construction of future unified transmission platform, while it also provides thegreat-leap-forward development of mobile, Internet, data exchange business with better, safer and more stabletransmission channel.
