Transmission Network is an important support of the telecommunication network,in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary to adjust and optimize the "transmission network",so that enterprises can truly become an integrated communications operator.This thesis takes the local transmission network of Hunan Province as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of the existing transmission network,and finds that there are problems of insufficient basic resources and low network quality,and is now facing the historical turning point from 4G to 5G,so the new requirements for the network are high capacity,high speed and heavy security.In this thesis,according to the general idea of "future-oriented,integrated demand,overall planning and step-by-step implementation",the optimization design of each layer of Hunan mobile transmission network is developed.Firstly,the planning of the provincial backbone network is based on the MESH-based optical cable structure to maximize the protective routing of the optical cable,and the planning scheme of the provincial backbone network is determined at the OTN and PTN levels respectively.In addition,the planning of metropolitan backbone transmission network gives the bandwidth enhancement scheme,PTN network construction strategy,and OTN network construction strategy.Finally,the integrated service access area has the problems of insufficient number of secondary split fiber points and insufficient service access convenience,so the construction plan of the integrated service area is formulated at three levels: OTL standard,OTL connection,and ODN network.The wireless sites will increase significantly due to the liberalization of 4G traffic and the introduction of 5G,so the demand for MAN bandwidth will increase significantly,so the wireless sites need to be increased year by year.The new sites are configured according to 10 GE system in the early stage and not less than 40 GE in the middle and late stage.Group customer access has problems in data dedicated line and second trunk resource reserve,and the main plan adopted is to improve the proportion of thick pre-coverage and group customer access rate.Home customer access is mainly for rural coverage to be improved,and the planning and construction plan is given from urban and township,rural coverage.And this thesis verifies that the scheme is feasible and achieves the goal of improving transmission rate and network quality by conducting performance tests on the optimized network.
