The Design And Implementation Of Criminal Investigation Network Assessment System

With the continued deepening progress of the three-basic project and regularizationconstruction, informationization construction of the municipal public security organs at alllevels continues to improve. Various departments of Criminal Investigation Detachment ofPublic Security Bureau have been gradually carrying out performance assessment work usinga local area network information system, and open and quantitative evaluation over jobs of thepolices is made in a paperless, and standardized manner, so as to continuously improve thework efficiency of various departments, and to enhance the initiative and enthusiasm offorensic polices. However, inadequacy of effective integration among various departments ofthe detachment, uniform assessment criteria, multiplicity of police posts arrangement,miscellaneous and fine assessment criteria and other factors has resulted in failure of thecriminal investigation performance appraisal to achieve the expected optimal results,problems such as unevenness of forensic business data timeliness, overall evaluation criteriaof the performance and appraisal are not in place appeared. Therefore, the assessment systemof work performance at the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Public Security Bureauneed to be further consolidated to truly create an all-round assessment platform oriented atvarious departments and individual polices in terms of comprehensive and interactive forensicbusiness. This paper designs a assessment system of forensic work performance composed ofpublic security forensic business assessment, law enforcement and case handling qualityassessment and the police inspector assessment systems, with a performance assessment modethat changes the conventional performance evaluation mode, which is more organicallycomprehensive in terms of forensic business, police affairs and traditional performanceassessment so as to carry out all-round assessment over the polices.In this article, through organic reintegration of the existing police criminal investigationbusiness assessment, law enforcement and case handling quality assessment of inspectors andscientifically comprehend the public security forensic business, law enforcement evaluation,police inspector and the traditional performance appraisal system to construct a morecomprehensive public security criminal investigation police, referred toas "criminal investigation network examination system". The system uses the B/Sstructure using JAVA technology, for the criminal investigation of public security law enforcement work and traditional performance management, database usingSQL Server2008to design.The Network Examination system has the following features:First, the whole system technical structure, composed of application layer, componentlayer, data layer, in the component layer, the final product to each member is provided in theform of component. This structure is fully consideration on the development directionof information system.
