As an agricultural country, we should keep up with the development, increase the efficiency of the information management system of the rural village, thus we can speed up the construction of new rural. This paper collected several range of datas as foundation data and raised a deeply investigation on the rural working requirements of Qingnan village in Zhejiang province initially. The rural information management system has made out eventually by utilizing data analysis and information technology after combining the actual situations that are party affairs, government affairs and featured agriculture of Qingnan village. It not only brought party affairs, village affairs, government affairs into the public, simplified the process and enhanced the work efficiency, but also gave full play to the advantage of information technology, strengthened the villager sense of belonging and acknowledge, improved their awareness about democracy and legal supervision. The system had promoted new rural construction and development of Qingnan village.The rural management information system used Microsoft Visual Studio2010as platform, operating environment is Microsoft. Net Framework SDK v2.0, using C#as exploiting language and cooperate with SQL sever2008database, these effectively guarantee the security and stability of the system. This system have some main function modules, for example,you can search information like population, family planning, resource, party construction in management module, and also could trade online on agricultural local product, it also contain of module about register and news release. The system have three interfaces that are browse interface,main interface and the administrator interface,respectively. The commercial platform of this information system as an innovated module can deal with online shopping functionally which the other system doesn’t have. This system combined with the current new situation has offered an online monitoring link interface for Lin’an city of Zhejiang Province, this have brought a brightly characteristics for Qingnan village.
