The Design And Implementation Of Female Village Officers Information Support System Based On SEO

People left in the rural countryside mainly consist of women,children and the old, named as Group of Staying Home, they have attracted more attention in recent years.The village officials is one of the most authoritative social power the can rely on. Because of sex role, the female village play a more important social support for them than the male. But the female village official has some difficult themselves to take those challenges due to their deficiencies in their educational backgrounds, professional knowledge, social experience, social support,influence, approval and jurisdiction.Female village official information support system proposed in this thesis will integrate varies of online resources to provide social support for village officials and rural women,especially for female village officials.Due to the miscellaneous information online and female village officials can not effectively using information technology, this paper design an information optimization(Optimization Of Information Presentation,OOIP) that based on SEO optimization algorithm according to the characteristics of female village,to help the female village officials to find required information quickly,conveniently and accurately. In order to grasp the public opinion trends and the user demand accurately,and timely respond to system, the system design the network public opinion monitoring algorithm(Public Opinion Monitoring Algorithm,POMA)The mainly work of this paper focused on the following aspects:1. Information optimization algorithm of OOIP. This paper analyzes the searching keywords and number of document searches or the timesand trends of clicking, the location and times keywords appearing in the documents. It provides the key words and document being search or the clicking trends as well as the calculating formula of the total weight that influence search results. By setting users identity and personalized document presenting ordinal model,it gives comprehensive ordering in the final search result.2.Network Public Opinion Monitoring Algorithm(POMA).The main idea is: extracting out key words according to the content of what the users search for, analysis and weighted calculate the trend and times of the keywords appears. While established sensitive word library will present the system sensitive words, hot words and related information of hot spot in document(keywords, usersname, IP, etc.) to system administrator, ensure that the system administrators timely understand relevant situation and make corresponding processing.3.Analyzing and excavating users demand from the perspective of software engineering, introdcing the related technologies involves briefly,design and implement the female village official information support system according to the project specifications.The village official information support system and OOIP algorithm,POMA algorithm designed this paper, being commissioned, its function is qualified,its stability and performance still need further testing and optimizating.
