Research And Development Of A Laboratory Construction Project Management System Based On Workflow

Workflow technology has been widely applied to kinds of fields.The management system based on workflow has a deep theoretical and practical significance which is essential to people’s work. Recently, more and more enterprises and institutions are applying workflow management to improve work efficiency.The laboratory construction project in colleges with a long period and many tasks needs kinds of persons to finish it.It is hard for management personnel to supervise these projects without a management system,further more,several mistakes would happen during the project. It is meaningful to apply a workflow management system to the laboratory construction project.This paper makes a deep research about workflow technology and apply it to a laboratory construction project management system.The main works are as follows:1. we take a research about workflow technology and make a detail description about the composition and structure of a workflow system with reference to the workflow reference model and conclude and summarize about several representative workflow model2. we take a research on a workflow development framework obpm and take a deep analysis and interpretation of the source code from obpm and make a confirmation that the obpm is fit for developing the office automation system based on workflow.We design a way to extend the obpm and implement it for later functions extend.3. We collect and analysis the business of the laboratory construction project and draw five workflow diagrams and then do the planning and designing of the system around the five workflow diagrams by analyzing the business process and each task to make the system offer the whole business process about labproject construction project.In the end, we fininsh the system based on the obpm.This paper takes a deep research on workflow technology and the obpm and we develop a laboratory construction project management system based on obpm.The system now works well and significantly improves the efficiency of laboratory construction project building and achieves a good result.
