Through project risk management, we can recognize and manage the uncertain factors in the project. It has an very important significance to guarantee the success of an software project. In this paper the author described and analyzed status, problems and causes of the problems of A company’s risk management,through making A company as an object of study and making project risk management of J provincial Traffic integrated platform project as the research mainline.The paper consists of four parts:Chapter1:Introduction, described the background and significance of research, describes dynamic software project risk management at home and abroad, and in addition introduced the main content of this article.Chapter2:Introduced the theoretical foundation of software project risk management, including the introduction of a software project and software project risk management and a brief description and analysis of software risk management process.Chapter3:As a key part of this article, first of all this chapter introduced the status of project management of J provincial Traffic integrated platform project.
