| In the field of software platform outsourcing development, project delay or project out of control is a common problem caused by poor project schedule management. This paper, guided by domestic and international project management theory, combined with the status quo of project schedule management of software platform outsourcing development at home and abroad, take the outsourcing development project of Internet-based mobile digital media platform belongs to the company the author are working for as example, study the schedule management problems of mobile digital media platform outsourcing development.First of all, based on many literatures about schedule control method of software platform outsourcing development project, and with extensive research of the practical application of project schedule control in the mobile Internet industry, this paper discuss the important role of schedule control theory plays in outsourcing development of mobile digital media platform.Secondly, this paper even further study the major influence factors to outsourcing development project schedule of mobile digital media platform, focusing on various problems that may arise in the specific operation, and explore corresponding countermeasures.Finally, combined with the real implementation of outsourcing development project of mobile digital media platform belongs to the company the author are working for, this paper propose how to apply the project schedule control theory and methods to outsourcing development projects in the field of mobile Internet, to effectively control project development schedule and ensure the development quality, thus providing reference for project managers in the same industry. |
