Documentmanagement is engineering design department of computer aided design (CAD) and a typicalapplication of the integrated management information system, is an important part of productdata management in iraq. Design units is the main product of the production process isdrawing, drawing from the design to the filing process, in the whole process, documentmanagement, and design the approval process is the combination of management, become oneof the main ways to design more effective file management unit.This paper describes an Engineering Drawing and Archives Information System,reflecting the management information systems and drawing and archives information systemdevelopment status and trends while the system requirements analysis, system design, anddetailed design several other aspects of analysis, description, design and implementation, tomeet the requirements of the versatility and safety in the future.This research built the Engineering Drawing and Archives Information System based onthe OOP to make the users operate conveniently, which is made of engineering management,project management, drawing management, unit management, and power management and soon. The management process from the graphic input to the destruction is easy for the user inthe unit. The system management, full library searching and other functions will be improved.After meet all needs, it is important for online browsing safe and protect the information inthe system not downloading when the user have no power. At last, I hope continuousoptimization algorithm to make the system based on the network environment more stable, toinput the information, to operate conveniently, to the search accurately, to preserve simple,and to meet the users’ needs ultimately. |
