Design And Implementation Of Base Station Maintenance Detection System For Ningbo Mobile Company

The expansion of mobile business was associated with station network which overlay widely,after years of development, the mobile network size is close to saturation, and base station maintenance focus is from the base station network expansion, into quantitative management of network performance indicators. Because the regional base station maintenance is uneven, some parts of the maintenance work is still using the manual way, therefore, in this thesis, according to current situation of base station maintenance work of Ningbo Mobile Company,discuss the application of information technology in routine maintenance.This thesis introduces the design and implementation of base station maintenance detection system,and puts forward a technical solution which realize the system based on J2 EE technology, through analying research status system in depth.Then, this thesis discusses the construction goal and feasibility of the system, and introduces the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and the analyzes the data flow.Based on system analysis, the thesis gives the system architecture, database design, and discusses the process of realization of each function module.The base station maintenance detection system was researched by this thesis,which include basic data management, base station maintenance management, work report, knowledgebase management, system management module,Among them, basic data management can be used in the basic information of the management system, including the base station management, equipment management, regional management;Base station maintenance and management realized online repair and remote dispatching;Work report module realizes the staff log report and maintenance record;Knowledge base management provides maintenance knowledge for staff; System management can be used in user management and database maintenance.This thesis realized the informatization of base station maintenance work,and changed the working mode of the phone repair service, manual filling repairs bill, site inspections, reduced the workload of base station maintenance personnel, improve the efficiency of the base station maintenance work effectively.At present, the system has been running in the Ningbo Mobile Company, and the indicators running stably.
