In recent years,wireless communication technology has developed rapidly,and the perception of user wireless network usage has been increasing.In order to adapt to the ever-changing maintenance base station technology needs,improve the service level to users,and reduce maintenance costs,communication operators usually outsource the maintenance of base station work in the form of a project to a qualified maintenance base station service provider.As a contracting project maintenance base station service provider to reduce maintenance costs under the premise of ensuring the project service level is the most concerned issue.Scientifically optimizing the configuration of maintenance personnel is an effective way to solve this problem.This thesis takes the P maintenance base station service outsourcing project as the research object,and uses the queuing theory method to give the scheme of the maintenance personnel configuration optimization of the project.The main contents are as follows:First,the basic situation of the project and the maintenance base station workflow of the project are introduced.Taking the main evaluation indicators of the project service level-customer perception as the entry point,combined with customer perception survey,the main reason for the poor service level of the project is that the repair time is too long,exceeding the waiting time of the customer.Secondly,by introducing the project maintenance base station workflow and customer perception survey analysis,it is confirmed that the customer waiting for maintenance time and maintenance personnel configuration is the key element of the queuing model.The maintenance problem of the project can be regarded as a queuing servo system,using the queuing theory method for maintenance.Staffing is optimized.Then,a queuing model is established for the maintenance base station work of the P maintenance base station service outsourcing project.Collect fault and maintenance work data,verify the distribution of base station fault arrival and average maintenance time,and analyze and evaluate the results of each index through the queuing model to further verify the project in busy period and normal period.The maintenance personnel configuration in both cases is unreasonable.Finally,the queuing model is used to optimize the maintenance personnel configuration of the project,and three optimization schemes are given.(1.Optimize and adjust the effective factor of the base station fault maintenance team;2.Improve the working efficiency of the base station fault maintenance personnel;3.Consolidate the grid to increase the area.The internal base station fault maintenance team),and compare the schemes,and finally adjust the effective factor of the base station fault maintenance team for the project selection to be the best solution to satisfy the customer's perception and improve the project's efficiency.The research in this paper has improved the management method of maintaining the base station service outsourcing project with only the past project experience to configure the maintenance personnel.The paper uses the maintenance staff configuration scheme of queuing theory output to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the rational allocation of project resources.This also provides a scientific management idea for using the queuing theory to optimize project staffing for subsequent similar maintenance of base station service outsourcing projects or other fault repair projects.
