With the rapid development of Internet and information technology,many enterprises and institutions began to promote information construction,in order to enhance the efficiency of the whole company,reduce management costs.At present,the after-sales service of automobile industry involves a wide range of manpower and material resources,and the process of supervision and inspection from customer after-sales service to after-sales maintenance and after-sales maintenance settlement and final after-sales service is complex,heavy workload and difficult.At present,the lack of an effective after-sales service process management system,after-sales maintenance work is not in place,the after-sales maintenance work supervision is not timely,resulting in after-sales service customer satisfaction is relatively low.Faced with this situation,the construction of an efficient information service customer service management system is very necessary,this car customer service management in the actual work demand as the project background,according to the domestic and foreign status of automobile customer service management and related problems,combined with the technology of software development,the design and Implementation of customer service management system.This paper through on-the-spot investigation and Research on the existing customer service process and operation process,the customer service management service needs as the starting point,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,effective way to design customer service and supervision and inspection,modular design,design and implement a set of customer service management system.The system is based on the B/S architecture model,through the Laravel development framework,the front-end uses HTML+CSS+Java Script development language,the database uses Maria DB database system,to meet the demand of after-sales service management system.It realizes real-time and secure data access and data interaction,and ensures the ease of operation and maintainability.The system uses object-oriented technology and modular programming,this paper mainly describes from four main modules,respectively,after-sales service management module,quality management module,service summary management module and system management module.Customer service management module includes service authorization,on-site maintenance,maintenance reports and service charges and other sub function;quality management and inspection services including claim management subfunction;service is mainly summary statistics on the various statements,so that the system user query and statistics;system management module includes user management,parameter management and access management function.In the process of system testing and trial operation,the system's functional integrity,performance advantages and security have been well verified.First of all,in functional testing,the system function design according to the specific needs of users,according to the after-sales service management system after the entire service process to test each function,each function module can complete the requirements of the business logic.Secondly,in the performance,according to the performance requirements in the optimization,the system response speed is faster,the maximum concurrent capacity can basically meet the practical application requirements,with maintainability and scalability.In addition,in terms of security,the use of login password invisible technology to ensure user authentication security.Finally,the system interface design is clear and friendly,concise style,complete functions,operability,good user experience.Customer service management system designed in this paper has practical application value,given the information construction of the whole car customer service process guidance,through the Commission,customer service and assigned service report audit and report statistics,the rational use of the system work personnel and maintenance personnel and human resources,improve work efficiency,save manpower cost.In this paper,the design and implementation of system functions at the same time,the related problems of the system are explored,in future work to improve and perfect the system from the following two aspects:(1)the system interface is relatively simple,beautiful degree needs to be improved,more friendly interface;(2)the system module division is not clear enough,the coupling degree is relatively high,so that the user takes a long time to familiar with the operating system.
