Design And Implementation Of The It Itsm System Based On IT Operational Service

With the development of information technology, the ITSM system developed rapidly in China. Many large software companies have their own ITSM system, such as Shenzhen Huawei technologies co., LTD., Qingdao Hisense group co., LTD., and other famous software company had its own ITSM system. Because many of the business are dependent on the computer, they have to own their own business management system. The more business depend on the computer, the more problems exposed. The problems mainly displayed in three aspects:Firstly, the equipment increased rapidly, and the management is more and more complex. So the server equipment such as high availability is not enough; Secondly, managers only focused on solving the current problem, there is no system to consider the overall planning, led to the tube the chaos phenomenon; Thirdly, they solved the problem only by individual company senior technical personnel.Because the problems such as staff turnover, it will cause a huge loss because of lack of unexpected and controllability.Based on the problems existing in the course of IT operational services, this thesis proposed an ITSM system based on IT operational services, specifically for problems encountered in the process of operational management of system analysis. We put forward an ITSM system to solve the real problems. The purpose of the system was to give IT operational services to provide a specific system. The system simplified IT operations management processes, and standardized the IT operations management style. The platform has realized the customer, operations staff and supervisors can use the same platform for information interaction and problem solving.In this thesis, the system requirement analysis, system design, system implementation and system features. System adopted B/S structure, and the client used the browser. It reduced a lot of client upgrades and install the trouble. During development we adopted the MVC three layer structure, and used the Java language which adopted the J2EE standard.In order to speed up the development of the system, we used the SSH (struts+spring+hibernate) framework. The Database used oracle11g, container middleware has chosen the weblogic11g. The system function was implemented, and the system run well. It achieved the expected effect.
