Chongqing Wanzhou Social Security Business Operational Service Itsm System Design And Implementation

With the advance of e-government, the degree of the information technology ofDongguan social security is improving gradually. The pressure of business softwareoperation and maintenance that Wanzhou Social Security Department facing with isgradually increasing along with the challenges and problems is constantly appearing.With above background, this thesis design and scheme a B/S structure basing IT servicemanagement system.This thesis focuses on the actual demand of the Dongguan social and securitydepartment. It designs a work flow as well as develops a scheme design to improve themanagement. With the concept and methodology of ITIL/ITSM, it streamlines theworkflow of operation and maintenance management of business software and analyzesthe system demand guided by software engineering method. After obtained the demand,this thesis finished a preliminary design and achievement which including the belowprocesses:1、It rebuilds the operation and maintenance methods and business proceduresreferring to "Computer Information Systems Comprehensive Management Provisions ofDongguan social and security department”, combining with existing businessmanagement processes and basing on the management concept of ITIL/ITSM. Then, thecase of all business software and new demand report could be coincidence with relatedmanagement provisions and achieves a clear, reliable, traceable, trackable and efficientmanagement as well as meet the requirement to get a accurate, coherent, prompt andsharable result.2、It gives a detailed demand analysis on the IT services platform: In the demandanalysis procedure, ideas and methods of software engineering were carried on; somepractical software engineering technologies such as flow charts, case diagrams wereused to describe the system functions, and it also analyzes the main function of the datastructure.3、It presents an overview design scheme of the system. The three open-source framework of Java Web lightweight development, SSH2（Spring2+Struts2+Hibernate3）technology were adopted to achieve full-featured, high security, flexibility,good, practical services platform which basing on the B/S three-tier structure. Thissystem could be widely used in various business units in Dongguan social security tocomplete an efficient flow of case handing in, checking, passing, handling, respondingand so on.4、It introduces the implementation process and mainly describes the majorbusiness function mode. Also, it focuses on the common service-functions, systemsmanagement functions, and presents the implementation status of regular business casehandling functions with partly system shortcuts.The study of this thesis is meaningful and could be a reference to the e-governmentimplement and business system operations and maintenances platform building up inothers fields.
