The customer relationship management system of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. isdesigned on the basis of special requirements of textile machinery manufacturing industry,which can meet integrated marketing management of Jingwei. The successful for such systemis conducting scientific examine and weigh of design, development and implementation. Thispaper discusses that how to combine sales management status with needs of futuredevelopment and adopts high efficiency, stability, expandability technical constructionscheme to build information-based system with characteristic of easy operation, easymanagement and strong sharing that can cover daily marketing business of Jingwei.The design and development of customer relationship management system, especiallymeeting needs of whole production line of group, requires system to have mechanism that canflexibly configure business documents and consider other existing information systemsintegrating. Such system can be changed or improved with future needs of daily managementsystem and can achieve from user requirements analysis to system function according tounified process, aiming at making customer relationship management system become abusiness management system that is suitable for market management demand of Jingwei.Starting from demand of integrated marketing management of Jingwei Textile MachineryCo., Ltd., customer relationship management system shall meet daily marketing business andmarketing management through in-depth research of actual business group sales companies,sales branches and manufacturing enterprises. Besides of working log, work plan, salesopportunity, quotation, contract, such system shall meet requirements of manager for quickquery and quick response of related information, aiming at letting manager can involvesystem operation and grant related business evaluation. Changing original manual businessmanagement model to information data management that adapts to integrated marketingmanagement can further enhance existing sales business management level and can meet changing market demands, aiming at taking the customer as the center of the salesmanagement thoughts.Customer relationship management system of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd is akind of WEB system based on B/S architecture. Due to sales personnel working characteristic,such system can be access under network connections via computer or mobile device, whichcan be suitable for work pattern of salesmen who often visits clients. Server for such systemis Windows Server2008operating system with ORACLE database and TOMCAT applicationservice, which is developed based on JAVA platform via cooperating with JDeveloper ofORACLE.Through comprehensive analysis of existing needs, the system implemented successfullyafter design, development and testing that meets demand of the customer relationshipmanagement of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.. The function such as quotation andcontract can conform to product characteristics of textile machinery manufacturing industry.Efficient data sharing and timely information transfer between salesmen and managers can berealized via such system. In today’s competitive markets, the scope of integrated marketingmanagement constantly increases, resulting in increasing in employees, contracts, customerrequirements. Hence, customer relationship management system is necessary guarantee forcompany implementing sales business information management.
