With the rapid development of the electronics industry, the intelligent electronic productsbecoming more sophisticated, flexible screen has become a hot spot in the LCD industry. Asan important part of the flexible screen, ITO conductive film highly demands on theirproduction process. Transmission system is the link between the various parts of the film’sproduction process. It is essential to the quality of film’s production. Film conveying system’sdesign, agency works analysis and model simulation analysis are discussed in this paper withITO conductive film as the object.Firstly, the working principle of the transmission system tension control and correctivecontrol are introduced in this paper. According to the functional requirements of ITOconductive film, make an overall analysis of the transmission system for each organization.Secondly, the author puts forward the method of establishing mathematical model, andestablishes the tension control system mathematic model for sending and receiving feedingdevice. Through the analysis of the mathematical model, find the relationship between theexecuting agency of the tension control system and the volume diameter. According tochanges in the volume diameter, changes the output torque, to guarantee that the system has aconstant tension.Then, analyze the reasons of the film wandering on the nip rollers in the conveyingsystem. And establish a mathematical model for the shaft parts of the nip rollers, to analyzethe pressure distribution. The author find that the nip rollers’ contact distribution force is“concave” parabolic distribution in the working zone. Using Solidworks make a3D model forthe nip rollers and using ANSYS Workbench make a simulation analysis for the model. In addition, prestressed modal analysis was presented for solid nip rollers, to forecast nip rollers’resonance.Lastly, in connection with the problem of the nip rollers’ pressure uneven distribution,make a simulation and optimization to the nip roll shape. Finally, come up with an approachto improve the nip rollers’ pressure distribution and correct the problem of the film deviation...
