Awning film machine is a productive machinery, which makes the plastic film occur physical and chemical changes, become a kind of fabric which have soft and mechanical properties. For film shape (such as cloth and paper goods, plastic film, etc.), although the process of different processing equipment, but from the control point of view, all needs to solve the problem of constant tension control. Also is the volume of the machining process control and middle realization synchronous control problem.It firstly introduces trellis film machine of winding tension control system of system structure and drawing process of constant tension control plastic working process, established the tension model, analyzes the coil system and characteristics of the synchronous control. Through the analysis of the cloth, tension control system is a nonlinear multivariable time-varying, big and strong coupling, the control system. With classic PID control can be difficult to obtain good control performance.The paper concludes the operation experience as a series of rules and stored in the computer, a fuzzy controller and PID control technology, combining fuzzy PID control, to constitute P89C58 microcontroller as the core of synchronous motor controller, the constant tension control. The synchronous controller has connected PC, and through the interface RS-five 485 bus connections, output voltage inverter frequency inverter control motor speed, communication, realizing the synchronization control. The synchronous controller has simple structure, low cost, control the characteristic such as being reliable, very suitable for low cost to the frequency of use in ac drive synchronous control.
